Can't see 10 hour duty on saturday will be popular.
They do sorting, kill off and redirection and delivering post most P/T are 34 hours and some are 28 hours. Not sure about ratio maybe 40 % FT and 60 % PT (Guess)
34 hours PT might do 2 X 15 IPS sorting each week if we need to.
