Customer is harrassing me

I wouldn't let a customer drive you off a walk,I'd have informed the Dom that you feel uneasy-and carried on as normal.

As you said he wasn't the full shilling,he most likely don't get any contact with people,yet alone someone being polite.My girlfrien works as a barmaid,and watching how customers speak to her etc to her male collegues makes me sick.

You say carry on as normal after telling DOM and then lets say this guy is a right psycho and I end up seriously hurt or even dead, its easy for you to say carry on as normal and not let a customer drive me off the walk but you are a guy and not a female, I have tried to carry on as normal for a couple of weeks but the 'comments' are getting worse and i'm not putting my safety at risk as I know from the comments he has made something is not right, i've spoken to enough male customers and they have never come out with anything like this. So sorry I have to disagree with you on this one.

First and foremost report all incidents.

Assaults, threats and abuse of Postmen and Women is totally unacceptable and the message must go out to all CWU members, managers and the public that it is not part of a Postal worker's job to be physically or verbally abused at work and violence against postal staff will not be tolerated. The CWU as a union wants to see an increased level of awareness among staff and promote the reporting of all incidents - the message is "Report it - Don't ignore it".

I'd report every comment i mean,and even suggest that you don't do that square or grove-get a driver to do it.
