my strike day has been deducted but im wondering why we can view them so early?is it to show how much weve lost before the next strike day is due??
Payroll was moved forward i am guessing due to the bank holiday as has happened in the past, they did say its due to "necessary changes to the payroll system"

As for strike day already taken off - maybe those in DO or MC dayshift got hit with that but nightshift did not as it does not show up on mine

So I should have been paid £639.32 but was paid £575.19. This was Before tax?! Is that the strike day taken off? What a mess

Maybe... the plan is to scare people into not striking. My pay is a bit shocking and this week the strike day was my day off so I imagine for others the shock would be worse. Just seems a bit convenient.

Just checked. Looks like the 2% adjustment for every week’s worth of overtime backdated to April plus the strike deduction. Looks a complete mess on the page as ever.
Just checked mine strike day not taken as we were told yday they will take 26th aug an 31st aug on 9th sept.
April ?, my back pay went back to July ? and then to take £103 strike pay , so how does that work out and can you tell me why , well they can f**k off will any o/t next week that is a fact .

Is this a weeks pay, if so why are you striking?

It looks to me that they’ve taken the lump sum back, then given it to us following calculations of 2% of our wages since the start of the tax year and that going forward every week will include the 2% rise. Looks like the weekly pay rate has risen 2%.
Possible, they've done it wrong way around though, there's a figure at the top then they take the original amount you got a while back, off at the bottom. Nice they have a little box at the bottom of the slip for information.........with nothing about this in it!!
