this company doesn't care for you, they don't value you, they are laughing at you while you work for them like slaves.
I would prefer that everyone did this before any strike action took place. I was stupid enough to start early for free for a good few years after I began working here. God knows how much RM owe me for that time. But seeing other seasoned posties still doing it, particularly in these tempestuous times, really baffles me.
A huge message could be sent upwards if EVERYONE just did their hours and went home on time. Simon goes on about losing £1 million a day, but he'd really be up slack alley if he lost the overtime and employee goodwill that this place relies upon.
