Return of customers signing for items on PDA? 4 April?

We could potentially have 3 new clueless managers in our office if the clueless ones we have in already don't get their jobs. 2 have asked for VR so they definitely won't be around. So chasing up non signed for signature items is going to be pretty low on their list of important jobs for the next few months.

The best and most insulting part of that is when they start talking about dog attacks, the photo capture on delivery will increase dog attacks because like they say most happen on the doorstep where we now have to spend more time taking photos. We are obviously being sacrificed at the altar of customer complaints. Just because the govt. and media want to sweep Covid under the carpet, does n`t mean it has n`t gone away. The XP1 system works fine, punters are ok with it, but now we have to "interact" more with lots of different punters on the doorstep potentially spreading covid while their psychotic mutt gnaws on our ankles. Hey, as long as the customer complaints goes down eh?. Screw the posties.
