Massive backlog of Mech letters...yorkies piling up waiting to be processed through iLSM's - through to CSS
Is the bottleneck capacity on the CSS machines? If it is, some batches could be run on the iLSMs, assuming that there's spare capacity on the iLSMs

Classic "took one loop out", so DOMs can report a part fail and not a full fail.

Pointless manipulation of the figures that costs more money and only irritates the public and staff more while the DOMs continue to cause issues unpunished.

FU Royal Fail.

He said it was the CSS - also not enough staff doing manual letters as they are needed on packets

Just packets today for us, mail hasn't gone out for two days on one and three on the other duty.

D2D's haven't been touched for two weeks, joke that we have even got them but I guess it is live mail these days

They can max out capacity by running 20 trays per batch on the CSSs, double batching and on the iLSMs using the green cards immediately after the previous sequence plan has been run

Clear your office, not just your frame he says

Has Simon Thompson actually made a visit to one of these failing offices to see for himself how deep in the sh*t they are?? No thought not. He was all hunky dory pre-pandemic posing for pictures in cosy little rural offices like Skipton. Why doesn't he visit those that are failing and start moving some managers around?

Because it's not within his remit.
