I think I know why there doing this to get rid of the locker ours is only open 2 hours a day to the public so they don't want you bringing stuff back.

Well clearly he’s breaking the rules because there’s no way that Every special delivery parcel for the last seven years someone has been in he must be leaving it with neighbours or in a safe place as he knows the customers so well and he’s managed to get away with it very lucky very lucky indeed, And I’m sure if one day a parcel goes missing he will be disciplined like anybody else so what is the point what a mug

His round must be exclusively OAP's who are never out, are in watching Homes Under The Hammer when he delivers, none of whom have hearing difficulties, every single neighbour knows the others well and always takes them in, there is a preponderance of those plastic 'safe drop' parcel bins on most of the properties, they're not all addicted to feeBay or Amazon and the most exciting moment of their day is to loll in a chair by their window waiting for him to appear each day.
