If you're interested and I'm sure you are there is a new video on Workplace from Jane Simpson, I haven't the energy to do another one for here, so just search #floggingadeadhorse and you'll find it.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Agree with other posts here about "ours" and "we". I mean this video should be aimed at managers, not the average Postie who has already being working harder, with more, bigger and heavier parcels to deliver than ever.

It's really not our problem how the unit is performing, if we are already giving our best and working to our time, or over in a lot of cases. I sometimes think RM will not be happy until we're ALL working overtime.

What I think isn't fair is to come across in a manner that suggests the Postie should be working harder, and not acknowledging the hard work we've already put in. :so there

I think this is the third video I have seen by this twat, and every one of them has put the blame firmly on us.

Deluded and detached from reality - just like the rest of the top level management, and the top level cwu to be honest.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

So what are you wanting us to do Nick? Come in and work when we should be self isolating? Work for free to clear the office?

:confused

He's got the tone of that broadcast all wrong - acting as if its been OUR fault rather than a deadly pandemic
Not even five days later

Nick Landon RMCtv : "Clearing your own frame is fantastic - but can you help to clear the whole office?"

Im starting to wonder if he has actually read this post and thought it was a serious question   :chuckle
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
