Of course they would be because in a post-Roadmap resurgence the vast majority of people will have had two doses and all of the most vulnerable to a fatal outcome will have had two...those "most deaths" are not quantified.

If the bulk of those left unvaccinated are children there's going to be very few deaths and admissions amongst them isn't there?

Common sense would suggest we should now van share, we need to start trying to get back to some sort of normality especially as most people have had the vaccine

It’s also worth noting that the Indian variant is on the rise and I and many others have not even received my first vaccine. So unless this daft git is going to lead by example and hop in a van 20cm from another random postie every day then I’m going to politely refuse.

You won’t van share, but I bet you spend two hours before delivery in the DO in close proximity to other posties while either throwing in packets, collecting specials form the locker or generally talking round the office.

Would I be correct in saying that the drivers would prefer to work on their own and for good reason. Van sharing walking posties cannot wait to get back to van sharing. As the driver will now have to cover parcels which is a lot more than a year ago, on his walk and his van sharing partners walk. Cannot wait personally to come off driving much less work and responsibilities

Had hoped i'd of left before van sharing came back in. I can see myself doing a lot less overtime when this happens. Our office has just gone massively downhill so i have little enthusiasm now.

Though i do wonder where all our vans will go, we barely have any rentals.
