Whats that compliance checklist where they put in a line of ticks in boxes everyday repeatedly. Also back to work interview. Isn't it a self certificate. Taking the supervisor off the floor for 40 minutes back to work stretch out competition is a waste of time. Phoning people at home when they have already phoned in sick to bookroom, also a waste of time. They could start by identifying who is a supervisor and telling us their names.
