Another decent employee treated horendously by RM management :no no :no no . I have just gone through a failure to safeguard RM property charge lasting 14 WEEKS after having a piece of equipment Stolen!!!. the equipment was deffective (NEVER use defective apparatus again), I had not received proper training etc etc, yet my manager told me he wanted to issue 12 mth suspended dismissal !!!!!!! Thats the thanks you get for 14 days off in 20 years service, never once being late, working over as and when required.....
Just got off with 12 mth repremand after getting case passed over to another manager (still going to apeal though), feel like nothing more than a common thief in RM's view, you wouldn't believe the lengths they went to to punish me as harsh as possible but with perseverance and sound advice didn't get away too bad.
Going to put a Grievance in next week against my manager worst he can expect for breaking every rule in the book will be a tanned wrist i suppose....
Thanks for being such a great employer R.M.......

Cheetah that was not good reading and you have my sympathy of course, the full time employee is a sitting target it seems if you work under these so called managers, good luck in your grievance which I feel you are doing the correct thing by reporting your manager.
NO bags on shoulders please except for Moya who keeps her big fat wage packet in hers
