Our office has barely delivered a letter since 1st December and some walks hadn't gone out before that yet we still aren't on the list.
Have you witnessed managers counting the fails every day? If they aren’t counting them, they aren’t reporting.

Ask them to visit at 2 in the afternoon. That mail’s going nowhere.

Raise a concern stating that on multiple occasions you were instructed to leave 48 hour and economy USO mail which has been left undelivered for X days due to the workload being impossible to complete within paid hours. :whistle
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

That Whitwood office has practically got a residency on the list, I wonder what the chances are of it getting off before the end of this year :chuckle

I know, surely they aren't prioritising anything before the USO items, it must be due to high levels of sickness :left:

Don’t forget industrial unrest (of December 2022), COVID 2021 and Storm Darragh.

And the other WF offices! I've just looked and WF only goes upto 17 too! So that is nearly all of that area

No WF1, 2, 3, 4 on the list though. Matter of time?

Why break just 1 office when you can break a whole area.
