BUT, OF COURSE, GROSS VOLUME(s) ARE DOWN! ... QUESTION FOR SPAC-OE-IX... if DONALD opts out then will China have to pay for postage to an independant uk (post brexit)...?

1.The US is not opting out of the Global Postal Union, they have negotiated their own little deal.

2. It doesn't help us.

The new GPU deal means that any country that receives more than 75,000 metric tonnes of mail per year can set their own prices......How much do we receive from China post each year I wonder?

...flimsy, fiddly tat; all adds up to more time spent processing these items...the labelling (of said eastern tat) is an appalling fiddle for the manual opg's - just saying...if new parcel strategy means more of this cheap foreign crap for the opg's to juggle on frame/tie-up/delivery (magnifying glass anyone)...then it will and does affect the duty timings. If donald is making some then UK Ltd. ought to be making some coin back on this stream of postage.
