Peejay14 is right about one thing -RMC welcome everyone on here except those that abuse members or promote hate. SO all those telling him to leave just because they don't like what he says should cease and desist that line of argument now.

If you truly don't want to read his posts that use the "Foe" part of your "User Control Panel" and you won't have to. Simples

Because of your hard-line views, you would rather that I took my views elsewhere? This is exclusion. What would it be like if this were not a virtual meeting of minds?
OK I apologise for telling you to go away. What I meant to say was you are being unconstructive, you are not listening, you are crticising the CWU which is fighting for our cause. Your posts are rambling, ill-thoughtout, negative and defeatest. You have biased view of the dispute and that view is critical of the CWU not RM.

To answer your question, if this were not virtual but in the real world I would have walked away from you along time ago.

What hardline views are you on about anyway??!?!? 'Hardline' is a dismissive term when used in relation to Unionism and your use of it reinforces my belief that you are anti-union and as such may I respectfully suggest this board is NOT the place for you. Like I said your line-manager would be more than pleased to have a chat with you possibly about working your day off for 6hrs pay, comming in 40mins early unpaid and the like.

Ok fair enough who am I to ask or encourage him to go.

Trouble is I find his posts simply ramble on way too much and fail to offer anything constructive.
We exhausted the “what kind of postie are you” question ages ago.

Finally after reading through Peejay’s post I have real trouble in actually believing he is a postie at all. Sorry but that’s just my opinion and I do apologise in advance if I am in fact wrong.

Ps. I did get very wet today on the walk and I am as grumpy as hell :d'oh!

There is a difference between suggesting if this is the right place for him in a polite manner, which you did here, and suggesting he f**k off as some did ( can't remember who though  ).

LOL about the wet bit it was stair rods today. :nervous :nervous

You seem to continually hint in your posts, peejay, that your thinking is on a higher level than the average "postie"!When you "compose" your posts i'm presuming you see some academic masterclass in progress, whilst all i see is repetitive,self-indulgent drivel! It's akin to watching some early contestant on x-factor thinking they sing like Madonna when they can't hit a note!

Good luck on making your strike decision! Most of us have made ours on the evidence of several months,if not years of seeing the service run down and our working conditions eroded! I'm sure you'll come to the right conclusion without any advice from here!

(Talking of X-factor, can't believe Rachel ADEDEJI went out this week.)

btw True Blue, you can't have it both ways, either you allow us to tell people to FO here or you don't....

Lets not confuse bullying and harrasment with strong debate. The difference between the two is that anyone can walk away from this forum anytime they like with no repercussions but it's quite a bit different when you have to see the same bully everyday cause he's your boss or collegue in the workplace. It's common sense that we have the right to tell someone to politely clear off (not expecting them to take any notice) if they are a total numpty as I would totally expect to be told likewise if I was posting pages of drivel.
