Three longer hour weeks and two short hour weeks makes 37 hours over five week period.

Keep sa then more hours more money but only 2 in 5 sat off.

SA is an issue in our DO as we now finish an hour after SA is due to start so the only way to do it is cut off an hour early, we then need to be back as the normal SA finishing time or we miss the last wagon, so we're losing an hour's SA whenever we do it.
I don't think it's now worthwhile doing for just an extra hour or so's SA pay, it'll be interesting to see what the business does if others feel the same and so decline to do any SA.
