Notice Period

Hi all, I'm monthly paid and just wondered how much notice I have to give to leave. The only reason I ask this is that 2 people have left very recently and only given a few days notice (I thought it would be at least 4 weeks?!) One had been here just over 6 months and one about 2 years like me.

DM26 coming in next week, over a weeks mail in the frame, been on my own for 2 weeks+ and management don't care (got to the point that I don't either anymore), they've extended the round by another 100+ houses, it's never going to work. Had enough.

One month on the new contract, one week on old.
I would give them a wk & if they argue the point one day!
Check to see what holiday you are owed or you owe them.

Make sure you capture all your information on the app as workers report being locked out within hours of resigning.

They will ask you to make the hours up by working Sundays or your rest days , you won’t get anything for nothing with this company, a couple of guys at my office looked into it.
