Yesterday we discovered by accident that if the rear back door on certain Peugeot EVs is open when you lock the van using the fob, the van locks the rest of the doors with NO WARNING that the rear door is open - even if it is fully open - the sensor only works on the left hand door -
Likewise, if the rear right door is fully open, you can drive off with NO WARNING LIGHTS OR SOUNDS in the cab
To put this simply, if you lock the van, hear the doors lock etc, the right hand rear door may not even be closed
We checked several other vans in the yard of the same Reg year and found they all had the same fault
Paragraph deleted - happy to share privately
And before people reply saying you have got eyes, the simple fact is the central locking ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT WORK unless all doors etc are closed

Re: Security issue on Peugeot Expert EVs
As the main reason for my post was to warn people about a known fault/issue (according to Peugeot forums) that makes some new RM vans “nor secure” (bearing in mind you are confirming the van’s security passes at each van check), then I’ll change my original post and take out the possibility that RM may have been aware - though I’ll happily share private details
However, there’s no doubt that RM have been made aware of this issue now
