Later start times
The new shift patterns being put forward all seem to be much later starts which will mean working in the dark in the winter and a security risk especially for our female colleagues, has anyone raised this in their office?

You aren’t already doing this? We’ve been 8.40 to 16.35 for years. Many offices moved to 4:30pm or worse finishes 2 years ago and the same concerns fell on deaf ears, apart from the CWU saying they would look into improving them
I'd go as far to say it's been the single biggest reason people have left the job in these areas - coincidence?
