Training

We have a few coaches in our office but they don’t seem to train up new recruits and is left to others.I was asked if i could train someone last week but clearly this slows me down.Do coaches get extra payment for doing this?

Yes it used to be 38.50 every week, but I think it's been increased.

If you are training new staff, you can ask for training money :hmmmm

It's £46.74 per week now, that's an extra £2430 per year 😲

For that in the last year or so ours has taken two new starters out with him for one day each and that's about it, disgusting waste of money

The workplace coach allowance payment covers all aspects of the role which includes training.
