Just spent a hour scrolling thro it.

I did notice when a PostPerson (Non Management) posted a genuine concern it got zero interaction.

But when Fred from Safety Yard Concern Team posted his day out at Trial DO made his team feel good it got arselicked to death.

My Impression is 90% of these back end staff contribute 0% to the actual running of a postal/parcel business.

As for planners they are a different level of why the f**k are you employed.

Tell me about it, I've been checking periodically to see if there's any mention of the drp and what amazing deal RM has done with the CWU.

But no it's f***ing awful full of articles congratulating the office realignment team or whatever they're called swooping down and changing everyone's fittings presumably for the worst, and yeah numerous articles showing posties doing van checks, one of them shows a manager checking a van for cleanliness and found some P739 cards

Good point. You may all think that it won't help but I'm sure many Robin users refrain from saying stuff in case they're told off. You all need to get involved and say it as it is. If the feedback is factual and not naming names you'll be fine.

Only used it because we were forced to use it. Payslips/AL/Uniform Ordering. Don`t read anything else. I generally like to hang on to my lunch.
