How do you leave feedback to the postie?

Post by hewittinspain »

I was at RM for a lot of years and over the last few years I have (like everyone else) been given 2-3 lots of feedback a week on my PDA from customers.
Now that I'm a customer myself as I've recently quit I can't work out how I actually give feedback to my own postie on the odd times I order tracked items. For example I order contact lenses once a month but there doesn't seem to be ever any follow up email of the delivery experience.
Anyone know?

I presume it’s on the app.

Track your item on the app and I think you get the option to rate your delivery

Check your emails. It depends on the item you are receiving. Some will ask for a review, some won't.

Use the app to track your items. Once delivered, you can leave feedback. It’s for general service quality, but there’s a comment section where you can mention your postie.
