Pay on leaving..

So.. Being on the monthly paid new entrant contract I handed my notice in 5 weeks ago.. so I got my usual slip as we do on monthly pay on around the 23rd usually a week before the 30th or 31st pay date.. only to reveal that what came in today and the payslip were completely different.. a percentage has gone in say 70% and theres around 30% that hasnt(can I also say this was actually a round figure into the bargain) but where is the rest???? This isn't my final payslip as I have worked 1 week into the new month (april 30ths pay).. plus outstanding holiday pay.. thankyou in advance

So what you’ve been paid into your account doesn’t match your payslip? Has the payslip in the app been amended from when you first viewed it so that it matches the amount paid into your account? Sounds like somebody from your office/HR has asked payroll to recalculate your pay (or maybe the leaver submission from your mgr was late or wrong?)

So when is your final day then? This Friday?

Your monthly pay is paid bang up to date — or is supposed to be — meaning your pay for March, paid today, should have been a full month’s pay, up to and including your work today (31 March). Assuming you finish on Friday, you will have three days’ money to come at the end of April plus payment for any accrued but untaken holiday.

Cant get logged on smooth.theyve blocked me from robin the lot.. but when I viewed my pay slip on 23rd it fine... but the cut off is usually around the 15th ..so wheres my overtime..I csnt see anything because ive no access..

I left Royal Mail and haven’t been paid for my last week as well. I’ve been blocked everywhere and can’t get into the HR department. Can anyone share a phone number for Royal Mail HR for employees, please? Much appreciated.
