No one left in delivery offices..

My view is the new Managers are out to impress & see what’s going on as the norm.
The old Managers have all but given up on the s**t show that’s happening & just want to get through the day.
Then the real minority are those that still have Royal Mail printed on all major organs & have been there years, bullies, no social skills & think they are god!!

We were told last year that 'defeatist comments' in conversation with new starts would invoke reprecussions; which I take to mean local management were being leaned on by upper management to stem the haemorrhage, and anytime management do anything it involves an incentive - which I 99% guarantee would be financial in nature.
