What was pay rate Greenford+ Xmas bonus??

I have an ET1 hearing April 17th

Angards solicitors did not answer the question re my pay rate and I cant access my job app on line any more! Not sure why. How can I prove what my pay rate SHOULD have at Greenford over Xmas? I have no documents.[ long story]

Also I need to press the point re the Xmas bonus can ANYONE send me proof that they recieved one to dave.bentley3@btinternet.com

Just had a nice phone call from ACAS

Angard are insisting that the agreed pay rate was £ 6.58 ph
and that NO ONE was offered or paid a Xmas bonus

I asked ACAS to call solicitor to ask them how I can contact angard directly.....[ for access to my online application ]

Sorry it didn't convince me (the "payslip") 1p.......FFS!

Hopefully there is somebody who also worked at Greenford who can email you this vital information.

When you're talking about Angard a payslip for 40 hours work at the agreed rate would be even more suspicious!
