BT 2010 & BEYOND DELIVERY ISSUES

Delivery Representatives Reference & Guidance Document
Listed below are some of the issues where Royal Mail is not applying the national agreement correctly or in its spirit and intent, and others where they are deliberately undermining it. This document identifies the relevant extracts from the national agreement. Articulates what it is that Royal Mail are doing or are not doing what the CWU position is and how we respond in line with the national agreement...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Is that an official CWU document.......or did one of us write it?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Not written by one of us,but HQ would 100% be aware of it.

Unfortunately Roger Poole has cancer and is no longer involved in our issues as he has a bigger fight on .

The document is the agenda the union has for the delivery talks. Equally it gives local units and Branch's what they should be doing ie going into disagreement .

Everyone has a responsibility to make sure these issues are resolved.

I used to believe in the disagreement process but after about the twelth one either getting buried/lost or being heard without input from me and changing sweet FA i realised that RM just treat it like anything else and probably have a good chuckle to themselves that we even tried in the first place.

However good to hear things are finally being recognised and the dinosaur that is CWU has at least opened one eye.
