HOWEVER, lets move everyone up to the highest level rather than a drive to the bottom (Have I heard that somewhere before?)
Don't suggest Chariot it might sneak back in under new Delivery Equipment! Plus just to be extra boring most main MLO's (predecessors to APC's) traded in their Stable Duties (I kid you not!) under the aforementioned IWM scheme...............................WHO WOULD FEED THE HORSES?

Well said, i just assumed everybody got ics but i've never heard of pbs . i think the more i read about the different way people are treated in different offices the more i want to vote yes for this agreement
