Awkward planners.

Post by celerycelery »

What can you actually ask a planner to model up for you? Ours seem to think they choose the delivery span, they choose the routes and they choose how many 1 in 4 Saturday's the office has. Can our rep ask them to model up exactly what he wants and expect them to do it?

There is stacks of stuff on this forum to help with this. Lets not get angry because they "try it on". They will regardless! Download for example this :

I suppose what you and your colleagues have to ask yourselves Celery is,do you want some joey numnut coming in and calling the shots then fecking off and leaving you in the s**t and with stuff you don't want, there is only one answer.

They don't tell you s**t,you tell them.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
