Have i called his bluff (Dom)

Post by music4essex »

A few weeks back I had my 1-2-1 meeting with my favourite dim  for what we would like in the revision

In the meeting the subject of driving came up and I would have to do driver changeover, I said that for 13yrs in my previous office I had driven 600 down to 150

he said I have no record so I said to contact my previous office via the intranet so simple but he could not think of it :no no

after a few days i asked what had happend and he said the line is engage or won't answer, after a couple of weeks leave I asked yesterday if he had made any contact and he said no :arrrghhh

This morning I rang the office up got a line manager who knew me and asked if they could tell my manager i did drive , the guy on the phone said if you give me his number I will call him , I said i will pass you over to him , went out the office and passed the phone to him and said it was my old office and walked off.

Funny he never came back to me after the call not sure why :funneh

Not sure why you would want to drive for them at all personally.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Yes, sounds fair enough :Very Happy

The reason why I ask is because in our DO, 1 or 2 year serious warnings are issued for any 'accident' which damages the vehicle. The posties are always found to blame and have this stuck on the record.

For what exactly?

No extra allowance so not worth the hassle I say.

Hi,

Yes I agree I wonder myself but since transferring to this office 8yrs ago, I have been on a cycle delivery, but with the bullying of not being able to complete and the constant harrasement of IHR just thought driving may be an option
