RMC criticised by RM Management
The site has been criticised for not providing information on working revisions,we have given the opportunity again in another 'OFFICES WITH A WORKING REVISION' thread.
It has been said that it has also been recognised by the CWU that there are revisions that are working.
There is not much more for me and the team to do on this subject except give you the chance to let us know again in a new thread...

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Don't they know how a forum works?
Are you supposed to force members with working revisions to post?
Arseholes.

Re: RMC criticised by RM Management
The fact of the matter is is that without this forum we would never really know would we? The national agreement asks for all revisions, rather then the old way,(random). There-fore what we have here is co-ordination. In which means that the managers/DSM,s/planners are quite clearly highlighted. On the other hand you could have co-ordinated "go slows",as a result of bullying and unfair workloads. Good forum this! Love it!

Re: RMC criticised by RM Management
Out of the hundreds that have gone in i would like to think some are working.
That doesn't mean that the process isn't screwed though it just means that the law of averages apply and if you implement enough revisions something, somewhere,if only by pure luck has to go right.
Are they really that desperate that they will ignore all the screw ups until they find a decent one and then hold it up to show that they were right all along?
I'm not buying that.

See thats the trouble with POSTMAN,TEEBS and co they should be up managements arse just like the union.
I put it to the vote that RMC goes back to management and sets up a new `relationship` with management then we can all be royally f****d from all angles.

Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

"The site has been criticised for not providing information on working revisions"
Of course, it could quite simply be that there aren't any.

Re: RMC criticised by RM Management
It would help to have a list of working revisions along with:
1. Was the 6 step revision process adhered to with appropriate release time for reps?
2. F/T P/T ratio before and after revision. Were there any EVRs?
3. Was the mythical 100bsi used?
4. What weeks were used for the "model week"? How much flexing up is needed?
5. Have all the staff (including reserves) 1 in 4 Saturdays as a minimum?
6. Is the weight off the shoulder? Is the appropriate equipment being used? Are private cars banned?
7. Is the workforce happy?
8. Did Royal Mail achieve any savings?

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I suspect the answer for RM management lies within the phase, "You want the truth? You can't handle the truth!" I look forward to reading their secret huge list of "sucess stories" in the near future...
