If you read down to 4.2 it says that you should report by POST or telephone :chuckle :chuckle How do you think they would react if we sent them a letter telling them that we couldn't get in because of the weather (maybe that's where Hooper got his ideas from :hmmmm ).

Or when you return say that would have sent a letter but the snow was too bad to get to the nearest postbox.
