This is Cornwall remember.BillS wrote:Well if he doesn't know that his daughter can't he his sibling he will feel at home in the Conservative Party!
Actually it reminds me of the old joke of being invited into a house in some backwater in Cornwall/Norfolk/Kosovo (delete as appropriate) because the bloke wants you to meet his wife and his sister. But when you go in the room there is only one woman.

He's obviously thinking ahead, because his postal career will be over when RM is privatised.A turkey voting for Christmas as he's a Tory he believes in privatisation of RM.

Now I hate conservative policies and really hate the conservative party, but name calling of a colleague I think is uncalled for. By all means attack their political stance and make your feelings known, but be careful.
Think through the scenario if this postie came on here and saw the comments and took offense, what do you think the outcome would be.
Be Careful

I'm sure there's a process where you can opt out if you can demonstrate a conflict of interest or an issue with the material itself. When the BNP ran here in the last European elections the DOM explained that no-one could selectively opt-out of delivering the BNP leaflets without opting-out of all the other parties'.Wessex wrote:What will he do with the election leaflets for other parties ?

That is precisely what the agreement allows you to do.Mr Rush wrote: When the BNP ran here in the last European elections the DOM explained that no-one could selectively opt-out of delivering the BNP leaflets without opting-out of all the other parties'.
Either your DOM wasn't being honest or he can't understand simple agreements.

"Married- Yep"
"Children- Yep one daughter"
- needs to watch his 'p's and 's's.
"Why did you want to be a Councillor- I live in an affordable house in Wadebridge, I want more local housing"
not content with 'an affordable house' he wants 'more'
"Work- Part time postie, full time councillor, husband and father."
