no pressure agreement

im told there are some offices with a no pressure agreement so

1 , if i go past my contracted hours for that day i carnt claim overtime
2, i have to complete delivery no matter what
3, so if i log my contracted hours for that week and i went past my contracted hours ,then divided the hours by my pay i could be on less then the minimum wage
4 , isnt this then illegal as i am not on salary i am on a contracted hours of pay and been forced to do unpaid overtime

hi asked the question today if we go past our time do we get paid answer was if we can proove we have a genuine reason for going over to me that is not an answer can anyone make sense of that

Quite simple DONT go one minute over your hours, take all your breaks, DO NOT use a car, after all this if you have to return to the office with some of your delivery be ready for the dom to B******K you. I will be recording his comments on my phone. P.S all you drivers NOTHING in the front of the vehicle all in the back.
Sorry for being so negative but am really getting fed up with being harrassed and bullied by these idiots.

CUT OFF,CUT OFF, CUT OFF, no matter what they say or how many times they threaten you, nobody can make you work for nothing it is ILLEGAL, just stand up to them, I am sick to death of all this s**t god it's only a job.I like most of us on this site have a young child/children, we have to get them from school, you are never going to put him/her second just because the workload exceeds your hours work to your time no more no less.

OMG Why did they sign that - they voluntarily gave up OT payments - that folder of indiscretions the boss had must have been a big one.

They must be MAD, I would never work for nothing,won't give them a minute of my own time however bad things get, what's next volunteer workers do a walk for nothing.YEH RIGHT, might aswell do a minimum wage job with no hassle.

No Union representative or Royal Mail manager can sign an agreement that would reduce your legal rights (Overtime is optional by law).
This agreement is not enforcible although some Managers would like to think they are above the law, they clearly are not.
Ask your local Rep to take it up with an area representative or divisional representative, and get this resolved quickly before people in your office become used to it and stop complaining.

Check PMC there are people on their who claim their unit has signed up to "No pressure".

ask your union rep to get in touch with north east reps to see how many offices have this agreed i know of 2
