lapsing

Post by footman »

In our office we are being told lapsing will start next week every day not just on mon tue . all last week the managers have gone round telling everyone who uses their cars on delivery that you are now covered to go to different drop points third party insurance cover.[You were not covered before only to the first delivery point] in our office people are breaking their necks to get out early missing meal breaks using their cars.If you use the vans to drop you off on delivery you can guarantee you will go over your time. but the management will accuse you of poor performance

And this from a business that is committed to removing all private cars on delivery?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

HAVE YOU HAD THE REVISION YET, PARK AND LOOP

i have grave concerns on this

as far as i am concerned royal mail has withdrawn the third party cover

i would demand to see a copy of the insurance certificate allowing you to do this

its your licence and six points

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
