ParcelForce Shipment issues
Hello, I'm waiting from Italy for a parcel from ParcelForce but they said that it will be dispatched by Royal Mail. I've done the payment to ParcelForce on the 12 of December 2014 but nowadays the tracking service says my parcel hasn't arrived yet to their center so it isn't able to track it.
My tracking code is SU429526125GB, could you give me any further information?

In fact I'd be surprised if Royal Mail had an account with a high street bank. I have removed them in case they are someones real details.
If the sender is saying that those details are Royal Mails then I would start t be VERY suspicious. in fact I would say you have been scammed. Royal Mail/Parcelforce will NEVER EVER ask the receiver to send money to an account of theirs because in the case of Royal Mail and ParcelForce the sender pays, and normally at the time of sending or by pre-arranged accounting.

I contacted ParcelForce customers service and they said that they've found the package and they said Royal Mail had to dispatch it. Searching my package on Royal Mail tracking service it displays: "Special Delivery Guaranteed items are first tracked when they have reached our mail centre. This may be late in the evening on the day the item was sent."

The bank account details I received via mail would be belonged to ParcelForce, not to Royal Mail.

If we ever have a cheque to collect they have to be made out to Parcelfoce worldwide so I would imagine an account in the name of just parcelforce is a scam.

Yes, I've probably been scammed. I've sent an email to the ParcelForce customers service to ask if the bank account details I received are belonged to them. If they don't, what should I do?
Is there a way to find out the real owner of the bank account to which I've done the payment?

The invoice or tracking number SU429526125GB related to ParcelService is a fake and he doesn't exist.
I replied to an Italian insertion related to a used Canon a very chiper price.
The guy replied to me, asking my personal address, than he told me that he was located in UK due his job. If I would have the Canon camera, I should payed the total amount of the price (900euro) and he deliver the camera using the ParcelForce shipment. After received and tested the camera I could decided if it was ok or not. If not I just sent it back using ParcelForce.
Obviously this is a fraud very old made always with the same system.
You send me the money, and a "fantomatic" company will unblock the shipment, but sorry is not true. Everything are fake: shipping number, Identity card provided, references, except the bank account where to send the money
