"With regards to the Annual Report recently published, with reference to pages 64 and 67, can the board explain the justification for the total renumeration of the 11 directors in 2014 being £4.5million, yet for the same period the wages for the entire workforce, being nearly 150,000, totalled only £5million?"
2nd question, in case I'm allowed 2:
"With regards to the employee share scheme, referencing page 94 in the Annual Report, can the board justify why there are plans for the directors to be awarded a further 2.2million shares beyond their current allocation, yet there are no plans to provide any further shares for any of the other employees?"

Two sensible questions there but for most of the others knowing what they are like they will probably just write it off to a disgruntled member of staff and everything will carry on as before.

A great pair of questions. Please ask a third. In fact, as one of the lowest paid members of the firm (with no historic allowances for things like driving (which we all do) and starting early (which none of us should be doing) I give you full permission to ask as many questions as you like.

If £5million is spent on 150,000 workers, we'd be on £33 a year (or 9p a day) each.
