It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It would be nice if they said Saturday will be a "non operational" day. A nice long weekend for all. Not a chance in hell of that happening.

Because that would be sensible. I've always thought that at Xmas when Xmas Eve is a Monday, I would rather work the previous Saturday (if it's my day off) or Sunday instead. Probably can't due to USO though.Andy51 wrote:Why can't we work Good Friday and have Saturday off
