Welcome to the site, moved this to 'Blue Shirts' forum.
Good question, are we not due £400.00

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Well we''ve had previous bonuses when RM Group made a 'Group Profit',not sure how long it was for though, baring in mind the P&M deal was 07-09,we should still get it...............shouldn't we?

£400 of the potential ColleagueShares dividend payment will be made in April 2008 to offices which have completed their deployment of the agreed unit plan in Phase 2 of the modernisation process.
The remaining potential dividend payment from ColleagueShares scheme over this year and next, split as follows:
£400 for achievement of Group profit in 2007/08
£200 for achievement of the local target for 2008/09.
£200 for achievement of Group profit in 2008/09
Should be £200.00

yeah i agree. we have been getting these worthless pieces of paper telling us about how many "shares" we have and how they are rocketing up in value, but as soon as its time to sell, watch how much they will be worth, im willing to bet that they wont be worth as much as they are projecting.

give us a propper bonus across the board, its all well and good talking about deploying phase whatever of leightons master plan, but its harder for bigger offices than the smaller ones to implement any kind of change. when the last lot of money was dished out, it was rubbed in our faces that "this office got this" and "that office got this" but when we looked at it a bit closer, our office had double the amount of staff and more dutys than these neighbouring offices combined.

The whole bonus system is a complete joke. Knowone seems to understand what criteria has to be met to get to get a 'bonus'. I wonder what criteria management have to meet to get theirs :Applause

Sacking people via crass stages, reducing numbers elsewhere, reducing walks by lying via geo-route. They probably also get a payout from the coffee machine makers as well.

There should be one bonus system for all manager, dom, postperson whatever kind and mail centre staff and it should be equal and not fixed to 400 pounds.

400 pounds is not very much.

I don't want a bonus, I just want to be treated with some Dignity and Respect and not like a piece of crap who prevents the DOM from getting his bonus.
