Bear in mind when reading your rules that Pegasus has you knocking on less than 1 in 25 doors and expects that half of those are successfull. Also note that delivery to neighbour is not reported to take any longer even though from the figures below each successful delivery to neighbour must take and additional 25.6 to 58.6 seconds not including the additional travel between those two delivery points and I suppose that it should also be expected that half of the deliveries to neighbour must also be expected to be unsuccessful too!
Here are a reminder of your call times:
25.6 seconds – Successful attendance call – packet
58.6 seconds – Successful attendance call – signature on card
52.9 seconds – Successful attendance call – signature on PDA
37.0 seconds – Successful attendance call – PDA no signature
60.4 seconds – Unsuccessful attendance call – packet
78.4 seconds – Unsuccessful attendance call – signature on card
78.3 seconds – Unsuccessful attendance call – PDA
...and a reminder of the corect procedure for the latter (as an example):
UNSUCCESSFUL ATTENDANCE CALL – PDA
Start – Outside door with item in hand.
Knock or ring on door and await answer.
Prepare PDA and scan item.
If there is no answer after 30 seconds knock/ring again.
Start writing P739 including bar code.
If there is no answer deliver completed P739.through door. Tap ‘Undelivered’ and reason on PDA and put stylus away. Mark item as 739 left.
Finish – On doorstep ready to leave for next address.

50 condoms instead of 50 stamps might be more useful then.veryn wrote:I like how they've put 'Be Safe' at the very end ,at no.12
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Font page - undelivered items must be booked in promptly and made available for customer collection......
How, WCM says they shouldn't be touched while counter is open. 100+ deliveries returning 10 to 20 full Yorks of assorted items daily. No extra people or time to deal with anything and management insist we're overstaffed.

Or
30 seconds- second knock "Was that someone at the door"
45 Seconds- peep out of bedroom window in case I have to fush my stash
50 Seconds- Shout at postman "i'll not be a long"
1 Min 30 Seconds arrive at door.
1 Min 45 Seconds realise the door will not open without the key.
2 Min realise key is upstairs.
3 Min 30 seconds return with key, opens door in leopard print onesie to give postman nasty look for waking them at 11.00am.
Unfortunately repeated up to 40 times a day even after giving packets to the spare driver.
