Hi I'am part timer on a 29.30 contact, my office has recently gone P&L (which has failed BTW)
I thought I was on a 4 day week (office has not had a repick yet) but today my dom said to me no one is on a 4 day week yet etc...
I have done 4 day's so far this week i'm off tommorow but my lino said if any one ring in sick I will be in on saturday.
I work from 7.07 to 14.30 if I was on a 4 day week
I work from 7.06 to 13.00 if I was on a 5 day week
I have not claimed any overtime from 1.00 thinking I was on a 4 day week

With me being on a 5 day week can I tell my dom lino I don't want to work over my time and just work till 13.00, because I fear if I do they will turn round
and say that I will have to come in later which I don't want to do
