Should be £200 for hitting group target.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

£200 for group target

£200 for hitting local target, my D.O will be unlikely to hit local target.

50/50 again this is local and not every office will have got anything under this mine included.

How can we make any savings for 50/50 if A the are not any to give and B the DOM dosent propose any? The amount paid will vary from office to office.

All this is pro rata for part timers so break down the payments into a per hour basis. A 30 hour week person getting both group and local target would end up with £300.

You also need to have been with RML since the start of thr financial year to be ellegible.

so your saying tht, theres a group target, local target and the 50/50 scheme?

well were round the £200 mark for the 50/50 shares which is qute poor seemingly are DOM refuses to pay overtime and he questions every action available.

soo hopfully my mates is right, that we will benefit from the £400

m pro rata is bollocks in my opinion.. full times still finish before the HG's

Group,Local and 50/50 is correct. Local is DOM meeting his/her budget and 50/50 is any savings over and above budget.

Im 30 hours so only got 3 quarters of the colleaugue share scheme pay out last year giving me £600

It is also bollox in my opinion and I am a FTimer (that finishes on time everyday) but not for the same reason. I honestly think its part of the Divide and Conquer mentality that seems to run through RM like a virus at the moment.

It would be interesting to see how many offices get the local payment because those that do must've been the most efficient offices ever (to make up for all those office that have failed their targets but have still enabled RM to make a large profit).

BTW, my office didn't hit any targets and I'm hoping that they don't take our overspend out of the bonus we're meant to get  :nervous

We are getting a 50/50 of about £130 for FT - strange thing is we have agreed to no savings, we did not lapse, we are not doing Van Share, we have not been "Flexible" - so we did nothing of what RM wanted and we saved money - those that did are not getting anything - there's a message there somehwere

We've not had a WTLL for about 3 months so I've no idea how much we're over, the last I heard was about 6000 hours over for the year so I'm sure it ended up higher and by the looks of things next year will be just as bad (3 FTs off LT sick with several others looking like they're going to be off soon for a long time).

Parcelforce and post office counters will have helped as both are in profit.

When we talk pro rata for part time contracts - should it not be taken into consideration the hours that a person works not the hours the contract is for. Every hour overtime a short time contract person works is just normal time so RM must be saving a fortune from them alone and they are rewarded with an unrepresentative bonus of the work carried out. Shameful.
