It's not about pay, it's the way we will get treated, people need to know or RM will portray us as greedy.

On another point do general public know anything about a strike, if I didn't work for RM I wouldn't know about it or what it was for. The union need to let outside people know whats going on.

it wont be a case of no money. the strikes will be random days. maybe a Monday, then Friday the next week, or a Saturday then a Monday. it could work in a part timers favour if they only work 2 or 3 days a week. granted, it may not as well. but its aimed at maximum effect on RM with the smallest effect as possible on staff. we MUST beat this dictator.
