An increase in mech mail was never going to happen, all mechable mail on wave 1 gets run, some mail is bound to go manual on wave 2 as the CSS machines can't hang around waiting for iLSMs/IMPs to have batch sorted all mechable wave 2 mail (the only way that would change is if all of wave 2 went walk sort only instead of half the batches walk sort and half sequenced)

Only for part timers. Full timers do fewer hours for the same money. It’s not a pay rise for them, just an hourly rate rise. A full timer will get no extra cash.

No they don't get extra cash just work an hour less ie pay rise on hour by hour it is not your job to fit 38 hours work into 37 or 36 hours a week it is the managers job tell them and be glad you are not doing 45 hours work for half the pay!
