If Terry and Sue are serious about this change of culture why not stop the bonus culture and pensionable bonuses this is one of the most problems that face our members because of cost savings are personally driven and often not achievable which makes a bad customer experience (told to cull packets for day's weeks on end) all so some boss can get a decent pension at the expense of the service we provide till this is knocked on the head nothing will change!
