SD stuck at Plymouth MC
Hi all,
Happy new year. I am waiting for a SD parcel in Cambridge (CB) coming from Plymouth area. The item was posted at 2 pm on Monday 4th, however, it's been stuck at "we've got it" at Plymouth MC since then. May I ask if there's a delay over there?
It's a high-value item so whilst I don't mind a bit of a delay, I'm very worried that it's been lost.
Many thanks,
Thomas

Re: SD stuck at Plymouth MC
Hi,
An item I purchased was posted Tuesday 18th Jan 22 using Royal Mail Tracked 24, I am still awaiting delivery which is a really important order. The item is still saying 'item received Plymouth MC' but i can not gain any further updates. This should have arrived by 19th and now it is 25th? Can anyone please help as I am concerned it has been lost and this is for a special birthday gift which is desperately needed, the sender is not getting any information from Royal Mail either. It is a high value item
Tracking number is MZ037728715GB
Any help in tracing where it is or if Plymouth can look into it or if anyone knows of any considerable delays?

Re: SD stuck at Plymouth MC
Unless there are huge delays your item should have moved on to a Delivery Office by now.
For some reason, it seems stuck at the 1st Mail Centre (Plymouth) and has not moved on to the 2nd. Plymouth has not been reported as having delays recently, but check this thread for your local Delivery Office or Mil Centre. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&start=165
Good luck.

Unfortunately, this is not something we can do as we are not an official site but you could try twitter @royalmailhelp - who are an official site and have more resources to help than we do.Any help in tracing where it is or if Plymouth can look into it or if anyone knows of any considerable delays?
Good luck.

Sorry but we are not an official channel so without a tracking number, or the latest tracking information it's difficult to advise anything.
Hopefully they were marked (and paid) for Saturday delivery otherwise I would expect them today.
