I'm in a very similar situation. No updates for 6 days, wondering if thats normal.
Parcelforce tracking thinks my parcel is still in the US.

Hi, I have a similar problem. I realise there is a delay but my parcel from US to UK has not updated for 11 days. I hope it's not lost? In transit to next facility.

If that is the last tracking on the system it looks like it hasn't even left the US yet.
