More than a moth delay

Hello,
My package has been in Langley since 28 of November. Tracking number RB650991976SG.
If there is additional payment required, I have no problem with paying.
I have only 5 days left of order protection, which means after 5 days I won't be able to get a refund if it's broken or not working.
I would really appreciate your help.

It was last seen going into customs, which we can't help with.

You should be applying for a refund from the seller. In most countries, the sender is entitled to a refund if the item is not delivered within 5 weeks (as long as it isn't a banned item), so they won't be out of pocket.
