I mailed a parcel with the correct address, on Thursday it said "Due to be delivered today" but there were no further updates and the parcel wasn't delivered, now this morning it was "due to be delivered today" again and a few hours later status changed to "Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 05-04-2024 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender."
The address is correct and no one attempted delivery, not sure who to contact or if there's anything I can do to get this delivered?
