Bagged at London AMU 6 weeks ago…

Post by KFlamman »

Hi - I posted a parcel to my friend in India on 5th December 2021.
It reached LANGLEY HWDC on 7th December and was then BAGGED at LONDON AMU later that day.
Since then there has been no update.
The tracking number tells me “Your item is leaving the U.K.”
but I have no way of knowing if it has actually gone to India and got lost on arrival or if it’s still sitting in a bag at Heathrow.
How can I find out? It’s been 6 weeks…
Tracking number is LG883889955GB

We are getting more than a few queries from India so we can only surmise that there are delays in Customs.

Unfortunately we are not an official site so we can't suggest anything beyond contacting Royal mail direct - @royalmailhelp on Twitter may be worth a try.
