Hi all,
I returned a pair of trainers via my local post office in Rushden. I posted the item on Wednesday, 5 December and it has been a week, yet the tracking information hasn't been updated. Do I assume the parcel is lost? Here is the Tracking No: QQ788760025GB
Does anyone have any idea of when this should arrive? I'm not sure if Tracked 48 should update regularly and therefore if this is an indication of a lost or delayed parcel? If the parcel is lost, what are my options? The item that was posted is valued approximately at £51.

Was this sent using a prepaid return label supplied by the retailer? Because if so, you have nothing to worry about.
