Hi there,
Are there problems at Langley at HWDC at the moment? (I've had a package stuck there for 10 days now).
It's odd because I've had couple of packages from the US via USPS come through recently. 1 was fine, this one however is taking an age.
Interestingly, in both cases the USPS has managed to get the package to the UK in less time than the current packages stay at Langley.
The current package came from Texas and went via Newark, the previous package started on an Indian reservation in Montana and went to San Francisco before crossing the US and coming Transatlantic from Atlanta.
Come on Royal Mail, you're better than this!

Re: Langley HWDC problems?
HWDC also contains customs so the delay may be there and nothing to do with Royal Mail. To be as frank as possible 10 days in if Customs are checking it is not unusual, especially at this time of year. Indeed some customers on this forum have been waiting quite a bit longer than that.Scrumbag wrote: ↑18 Nov 2021, 07:48Hi there,
